Sure, you can also pay by international bank transfer in EUR or USD to our company bank account assigned to the credit card of our CEO (General Director) or Deputy General Manager. The transaction usually takes 3-5 business days to clear.

No printed confirmation documents are needed. We understand that you may not have a printer handy when you’re travelling to Russia so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. The guide or the driver will meet you at the place of your accommodation/airport/port/railway station with the sign of our Russia Travel Agency – Show me Russia.
Only in case you order Visa support with us you will need to print an invitation letter to apply for your Russian Visa at the consular establishment. Also, if you book Transsiberian trip, some train tickets should be printed out beforehand to board the train. In case you are a cruise ship passenger you will need Tour Tickets printed to go ashore in Saint Petersburg without visa for your visa-free shore excursions.

Tips are not included in the prices of the shore excursions, day tours and tour packages. We don’t oblige you to tip a guide or a driver but if you like the service they provide, normally, as in all other European countries, daily tip should be not less than 10 USD for the guide and 5 USD for the driver, however, if you know the overall price for the shore excursion you should give 10% of the total price to the guide and 5% to the driver. They would be very grateful to you!
Don’t bring too much, remember it’s always better to travel light-handed. We do suggest you bring an appropriate clothing to fit the season, an umbrella, and a day pack to carry extra snacks or bottles of water. Please, keep an eye on the most important belongings: your documents, gadgets, photo cameras, credit cards and money. Unfortunately, in Russia as in all other popular tourist destinations pickpocketing also exists.
We suggest you to take your credit cards with you and some cash in USD or EUR. Most vendors accept credit cards (better take Visa or Mastercard, American Express is not so widely used in Russia). We also recommend you to call your bank before you go to Russia to ask if there are any limitations for international payments with your card. You can as well take some cash for tipping and some miscellaneous expenses. If you want, you can exchange money into rubles beforehand but we suggest you to do it in a bank but not in the airport or on board of the cruise ship as their currency exchange rates are usually high.
The weather in Russia, especially in summer may be very unpredictable. We recommend you to check the weather forecast one-two days in prior to your arrival in Russia and decide what clothes to wear. An umbrella in summer and a pair of warm gloves with a hat in winter are must-have. Put on some comfort shoes, especially if you are going to have a walking tour. No matter what you wear, the most important thing is to feel comfortable, so we recommend you to choose some sport clothes, though if you are going to a theater, please, take some evening clothes with you as well, because in some Russian theatres there is a strict dress code.
As we book entrance tickets to avoid long queues, reserve guide’s and transport services in advance, and make your stay in Russia enjoyable, we need you to prepay all services once you are determined with your booking. However, even though you decided to go to Russia spontaneously – before making online booking contact us and we’ll discuss what can be done in the best and most convenient way for you. In some cases it’s also possible to pay deposit of around 30% to make a booking but this arrangement can be done by email only.
- You can make any changes or cancel any services or tours, which you requested and paid with us free of charge, before receiving written confirmation from our company. In this case you should email or call us before getting the confirmation for a full refund.
- Cancellation of any type of service(s) or tours made after getting the confirmation up to 10 days before the date of the confirmed service(s) or the arrival date is subject to the penalty of 10% of the total price of the confirmed service(s) or tours.
(Except for Transsiberian trips – in this case the refund will be calculated according to the cancellation fee for the train tickets which is 50% of the total price for the train tickets + 10% for all other services included in the tour. If our company also already booked and prepaid tour tickets, tickets to museums and vouchers – the refund will be calculated according to the price of the tickets).
- Cancellation of any type of service(s) or tours made after getting the confirmation and less than a week before the date of the confirmed service(s) is subject to the penalty of 20% of the total price of the confirmed service(s) or tours.
(Except for Transsiberian Railway Tours – in this case the refund will be calculated according to the cancellation fee for the train tickets which is 50% of the total price for the train tickets + 20% for all other services included in the tour).
- Cancellation of any type of service(s) or tours made less than 3 days before the date of the confirmed service(s) is subject to the penalty of 50% of the total price of the confirmed service(s) or tours.
- Cancellation of any type of service(s) or tours made less than 24 hours before the date of the confirmed service(s) is subject to the penalty of 100% of the total price of the confirmed service(s) or tours.
